We quote the line,
not just the machine

The same machine can run 30% slower on a different board. We start from your material, your forming size and your target output, then balance the line around the bottleneck.

By Industry / 01

Six application scenarios

Each has its own material behaviour and compliance requirement — and therefore its own configuration logic.

01

Paper containers

Lid and cup tolerances are split across two processes; buying lids outside breaks the quality loop.

  • Paper lid machine DZ-100 + container machine QJ-B
  • Measure 20 cup rims before cutting the tooling
  • Board range 250–350 g/m², settings recorded per batch

02

Food service

Many box sizes, frequent changeovers; one tool cannot cover multi-compartment and 3D shapes.

  • Multi-compartment and 3D forming with quick-change tooling
  • Flow wrapper for the outer bag
  • Cycle time sized for peak orders

03

Bakery & cold chain

Products need vacuum or modified-atmosphere packing, and the shape is rarely regular.

  • Stretch-film vacuum + shrink combination
  • Pre-formed trays for irregular products
  • Seal strength and residual oxygen recorded at trial

04

Medical devices

Cleanliness and traceable sealing are mandatory; a defective seal cannot be reworked.

  • Dedicated units for syringes, gowns and scalpels
  • Sealing parameters logged per batch
  • Claims limited to the registered business scope
Medical packing →
05

Personal care

Premium cartons need a six-side tight wrap; 3D overwrapping easily wrinkles or shows white edges.

  • Cellophane 3D overwrapping
  • Wet wipe folding, moistening and bag making in line
  • Film tension interlocked with temperature control
Overwrapping →
06

Stationery & toys

Clay and ductile compounds weigh inconsistently and deform after bagging.

  • Weighing, forming and wrapping in one line
  • Bagging machine with coding
  • Dosing method chosen by weight tolerance

By Line / 02

Three typical lines

The gap between two machines often costs more output than the machines themselves. We configure backwards from the bottleneck.

01Lids + cups
Feeding→Forming→Curling→Counting→Packing

Lid and cup machines run independently, so rim tolerance must be agreed between them. The packing station is sized to the stacking rate.

02Vacuum + cartoning
Loading→Forming→Vacuum seal→Cutting→Cartoning

For pre-formed tray products. The cartoner needs 15% headroom so a short vacuum stop does not stall the whole line.

03Wet wipe
Unwind→Folding→Moistening→Bag seal→Coding

Moisture dosing and sealing temperature are tuned together; the coder follows bag length, so a servo registration is recommended.

Deliverables / 03

What the proposal contains

Machine & configuration list

Model per process step, optional equipment and the non-standard items in scope.

Cycle-time calculation

Theoretical output from the bottleneck, plus a 15–20% headroom recommendation.

Tooling plan

Number of tools for your cup or box sizes, changeover time and quick-change design.

Trial report

Run with your board or product, recording temperature, pressure, yield and cycle time.

Site requirements

Footprint, air consumption, installed power and floor loading.

Delivery & training

Arrival, installation, commissioning, operator training and the spare-part list.

Send the sample and the target output.

Material, forming size and pieces per minute are enough for a first feasibility check.
