WET WIPE PACKAGING MACHINE

Wet wipes and cutlery kits are high-volume takeaway consumables: low unit price, but strict demands on hygiene and appearance consistency. The Qianjia QJSJ platform joins a nonwoven folding and cutting section to a flow wrapper — 5–200 pieces per minute at the front, 5–200 packs per minute at the back — with a timing belt between them and both sections paced by one servo parameter set.

Depending on the kit, lane feeding units are added for chopsticks, toothpicks, spoons and napkins, producing two, three or four-piece sets. A single-sachet version skips the feeding section and wraps straight after folding and dosing. The line runs on 220 V with roughly 3.6 kW total, so it fits an ordinary consumables workshop.

Selection guide

WHAT TO DECIDE FIRST

Count the items first
Item count sets the feeding module and bag length; four-piece kits usually run 200–320 mm.
Check the nonwoven
Weight, width and roll diameter drive tension control in the folding section; 320 mm width is standard.
Confirm the liquid ratio
The pump is calibrated by pack weight; a higher ratio needs a lower sealing temperature.
Choose film and bag style
Three-side seal and pillow seal look different, and PE and laminated films have different sealing windows.

FAQ

How is the liquid ratio controlled?

The dosing pump is calibrated against the pack weight, typically 200%–350%. An inline checkweigher can be added for sampling.

Can one machine make both two and four-piece kits?

Yes. The feeding module and bag length are changed; the machine frame stays the same.

What film is required?

PE or laminated film. Sealant thickness affects speed and seal strength, so send a film sample for a trial run first.

Can coding and labelling be added?

Yes. A coder interface is standard and labellers are selected by bag style.

What is the lead time?

30–40 days for the standard configuration and about 45 days with a kit feeding module.
